Want Pizza? Get a Discount if You're Packing.

A Virginia Beach pizza company is offering a 15% discount for customers that come in carrying heaters or CCW permits. Check out the article in the LA Times.

Apparently it has increased the sales at the pizza parlor by several folds. Some bring in long guns other brought in pistols. I'd hate to be the stick-up guy that tries to rob that place.

Rifle Sight-in Process by NSSF

The National Shooting Sport Foundation has lots of great video about shooting techniques and instruction. Keeping with excellent instruction is one about sighting in a rifle that most of us can do easily even as a noob shooter.

I've used this same technique sighting in my many bolt-action and semi-auto rifles. I do like the fact it shows bore sighting by literally looking down the bore of the rifle. It gets you on paper with no expensive tools or laser beams needed. Just a good set of eyes.

Ammo Price Gouging Everywhere

Are you kidding me?!
I guess some internet retailers of ammo think that it's okay to bend you over on the ammo. Granted it's been in short supply because of hoarding. These jackholes at Alamo Ammo think they are giving you a good deal. A box of Russian Tula .223 Ammo before the greatest gun buying panic ever (thanks to those gun-grabbing, ivory tower living, politicians) was less than $9 for a box of 20. Now they trying to sell it for more than three times that! Are you f'ing kidding me!! I hesitated to buy the good Hornady .223 stuff if it was more than $20 just a few months ago.

Cheaper than Dirt was just one of the first to kick off this nonsense back earlier this year when they started selling Magpul 30-rd magazines for almost $60, now they're up to about $80. Before DiFi and her misfits created the big AWB scare they were less than $20. A Boycott Cheaper than Dirt Facebook ensued and had more than 17,000 likes. I just hope that yahoos are not dumb enough to buy this overpriced crap. If they do they are just creating the demand that will keep the prices high for a long time. Just like an elephant, I don't forget.

The National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934 requires certain firearms to be registered with the Secretary of the Treasury, more specifically, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE). According to the Bureau, the following must be registered:

Remington 870 All Kitted Up

Lipstick on a pig
Every good gun collection should have at least one shotgun in it. Why not an 870? The Remington 870 is one of the most common pump-action shotguns out there with no end of accessories, add-ons, and upgrades. You can find a version of your liking a lot easier than finding ammo for your AR-15 these days. Versions vary from traditional wood furniture to camo'd up duck slayers. I picked this one up more than a year ago and began to kit it up.
